The Overdose Fatality Review Team (OFRT) is a collaborative, multidisciplinary group formed to analyze and review substance use disorder-related fatalities in Calhoun County.

The primary goal of the OFRT is to identify trends, risk factors, and system gaps that contribute to substance use disorder-related deaths, and to develop recommendations for prevention, intervention, and response strategies. The OFRT aims to provide a comprehensive approach to addressing substance use disorder, improving public health, and saving lives.
