The Opioid Fatality Review Team (OFRT) is a collaborative, multi-disciplinary group formed to analyze and review opioid-related fatalities in Calhoun County.

The primary goal of the OFRT is to identify trends, risk factors, and system gaps that contribute to opioid-related deaths, and to develop recommendations for prevention, intervention, and response strategies. The OFRT aims to provide a comprehensive approach to addressing the opioid crisis, improving public health, and saving lives.
