Supported by Leadership Council, Issue Action Groups evaluate data on health needs, advance goals towards key indicators through best practices, collaborate and develop initiatives that promote improved and equitable health outcomes.
An Issue Action Group is a group formed to address a particular issue or set of related issues within an organization or community. The group focuses on analyzing, discussing, and taking actions to resolve or mitigate the issue(s) at hand.

TCC is launching Issue Action Groups (IAGs) focused on health priorities identified in Calhoun County’s Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) and Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP). We are recruiting community members and organizations to join an IAG and collaborate with us toward creating a healthier Calhoun County!
